It's $22/month per property. If you manage two properties, that's $44/month — three properties is $66/month. The per-property price stays the same no matter how many you add.
Correct — your 30-day free trial is completely free with no payment details required. You'll only be asked for payment information when you choose to subscribe after the trial ends.
After 30 days, your account moves into read-only mode — you can still view all your data and delete records, but you can't add or edit until you subscribe. Your data is never deleted.
Yes — cancel anytime from within the app with no lock-in, penalties, or questions asked. If you cancel mid-cycle, access continues until the end of that billing period.
SkiptheAgent generates a professional rental listing and shareable link you can post to Facebook Marketplace, rental groups, and private channels. Direct portal syndication to realestate.com.au and Domain is planned for a future update — all users will be notified when this launches.
